Substitution: Sometimes we may run out of a specific item included in a basket. If this occurs we will substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Shipping/Delivery Method: At this time we only ship to addresses within Texas. However, we do plan to offer shipping to all within the Continental United States soon.
All gifts are shipped UPS ground which usually arrives between 1-5 business days. Items shipped by UPS cannot be delivered to Funeral Homes, Hospitals, or Rural routes. Due to many school security regulations, delivery to schools cannot be guaranteed. We are also unable to ship to P.O.Boxes or APO.
We strive to ship our orders within 24-72 hours of receipt, provided that full payment has been received and verified. During holiday rush times, and for multiple basket orders, additional time may be required for shipping/delivery. A $10.00 fee will be charged for wrong address; however, we can redeliver your gifts to the correct address. We do not guarantee the delivery performance of any carrier; however, we will be glad to assist in the tracking of packages that are not received in a timely manner.
Policies
Order Cancellation: If your order has already been shipped or is delivered, we are unable to cancel it.
Payment Methods: Every Occasion Creations accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express.
Exchanges or Returns: Please contact us if your gift has arrived damaged and we will gladly exchange it or offer refund. Notification needs to occur within 24 hours of receipt of order. There will be no refunds for incorrect shipping address.
